A good introduction paragraph in an essay or paper needs to tell the reader what your topic is about. To make or have a good introduction paragraph you need to tell the reader what you will be writing about. So state your topic. You also need to include maybe some basic information on the topic. A good introduction paragraph shouldn't be long. The introduction paragraph is what you are using to introduce the reader into the topic that will are writing about. A good introduction paragraph is important/key to starting off with a good paper or to have a good paper. This is what I think makes a good introduction paragraph or paper/essay when writing.
